Over the years, the skills and knowledge needed to successfully run and manage a portfolio of properties has been developed, making for an efficient, effective and professional service in order to satisfy the exacting, and sometimes demanding, requirements of all of our clients.

In 1976, the BNS founder, Bruce N. Simmonds, Chartered Accountant, became "treasurer" for a handful of blocks in the locality.  Following the success of his involvement, at the request of many residents, the business entered the property management sphere with a division formed and managed by his wife, Kathy, to deal with all aspects relating to the management of developments on a full time basis.

30 years on, and in 2006, Brothers Andrew & Ian Simmonds transformed the business with the division being separated into a dedicated firm; BNS Management Services.  The company incorporated in 2008. BNS Management Services remains very much a family orientated concern, now with a strong team of support staff who are on hand to assist.  BNS now manages in excess of 120 blocks of apartments, containing over 2,000 units, in the region and its expertise continues to ensure lessees are treated fairly.  BNS continues to strive to be the service provider of choice for developers, residents' management companies and landlords - adding value and giving real comfort.
